Can you tailor an experience for our product launch?+
Absolutely. We build from your brand narrative outward, designing scenography, programming, and hospitality touches that reinforce your message.
Do you produce hybrid or digital layers?+
Yes. Our tech crew prototypes AR portals, remote watch parties, and interactive microsites that mirror the physical event.
How far in advance should we engage?+
For large-scale summits we recommend 4-6 months, while pop-ups and private salons can activate within 6 weeks.
Can you support our internal team?+
We collaborate as an embedded partner, providing production playbooks, staffing, and vendor networks to amplify your existing capabilities.

Registration & logistics
How do I register for an event?+
Browse our events page, select the experience that interests you, and fill out the registration form on the event detail page. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?+
We offer full refunds up to 30 days before the event. Between 30 and 7 days, we offer a 50% refund or the option to transfer your ticket. Within 7 days, tickets are non-refundable but transferable.
Do you offer group discounts?+
Yes! Teams of 5 or more receive a 15% discount, and teams of 10+ get 25% off. Contact our curators to arrange group bookings and custom packages.
Are your events accessible?+
Absolutely. All Ebhent venues are selected with accessibility in mind. We provide wheelchair access, sign language interpretation on request, and quiet rooms at every event. Contact us for specific needs.

What's included in the ticket price?+
Every ticket includes access to all keynotes, workshops, and labs. Most events also include catered meals, networking lounges, and concierge matchmaking. Check individual event pages for specifics.
